Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

A small warm wooden architect house for two people. It is in an orchard in the middle of fruit trees . Located on a hillside, it is a balcony on the Burgundian countryside, in the Tonnerrois, where Champagne ends near Chablis. The house is totally independent, with its private garden.
