Rent half of this duplex (other side also avail) on the beach in the lovely Sea Beach neighborhood. Best swimming beach in Rincon. Short walk to town and shopping. Many wonderful restaurants close by. Sunday Farmers Market and Thursday Art Walk. Just sit out front on the NEW 16' x 35' porch and watch the beautiful sunsets nightly. The house has been recently completely renovated. Back up solar powered battery for the essentials in case of a power outage. Rincon...the "Riviera" of Puerto Rico!

Rincon is where you will want to stay when you hit the west coast of Puerto Rico. Our house is walking distance to wonderful swimming beaches as well as the plaza where you will find great restaurants, the art walk on Thursday and farmers market on Sunday. A minute drive away to the 413 where you will find all the famous surf spots and Tres Palmas Marine reserve where you can snorkel. You can also charter a fishing boat, take surf lessons, rent SUP boards, and even go scuba diving.
