Cozy apartment. Excellent area, patio and balcony.

My apartment,located in the center of Rosario is very warm and functional, it is 10 min.caminando from Parq.España (Costanera Río Paraná) 4 min. from the center (Paseo del Siglo) The neighborhood is very quiet, with many trendy bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops. It is safe and has a very good connection with public transport. Ideal for couples, business travelers and those who want to discover Rosario, with its wonderful spaces, its people and its culture .

Very spacious house in the center of Rosario, a step away from everything,7 rooms, double bedroom and room for 4 people,living room with TV/cable,computer, internet, wi fi and air conditioning.Equipped kitchen and terrace/quincho, barbecue to enjoy a barbecue with friends.With place for pets. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families and large groups.Temporary parking spaces within walking distance of the house and possibility of storing motorcycles.

It is a very comfortable, well-kept and well-lit apartment. It is located one block from Avenida Pellegrini (a place where you will find a wide variety of businesses, restaurants and breweries) and three blocks away from Urquiza Park and the river, a few blocks from the Bandera Monument, the Cathedral and the River Station. Within one block radius there are two supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher shop, greengrocery store, hardware store, bookstore and other useful places.

Great location, 1 block from the biggest commercial area in the city and 3 blocks from our main pedestrian street. The building is over 50 years old but the apartment has been remodeled.
