The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and particularly furnished with clay walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It is adjacent to the house, which we as a family with children live on an old three-sided courtyard. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: the Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburger Seenplatte, Peene, Tollense...

We rent out our newly built, modern herring house. The house was completed in August 2017 and is picturesquely located directly on the Focker River. The furnishing is modern, in Scandinavian style and generously equipped. Our house combines ecological construction, tradition and modern Scandinavian style. We rent a cozy cottage in quiet camp. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and television. The smaller has a double sofa bed and also a TV set. The large living kitchen in American style is fully equipped. The living area is open plan and invites you to relax by the fireplace. 5 min to the beach. If necessary, also second parking space.
