Villa Sunnyside Gartenhaus

Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

Comfortable beds, mini kitchen and storage space in the wagon, water tap, shower, toilet, refrigerator in about 50 m in the fixed house. In front of the car fire pit and grill place. Modern cottage directly on a small lake. Practically furnished to unwind for a few days in the middle of nature and to switch off. On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase can be reached by the slightly lower sleeping floor with another two single beds. A high-quality bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with the most necessary make this great tiny house an absolute feel-good place.

The house is located off a street about 300 meters from a modern outdoor swimming pool in a very quiet location. In the neighbor are bungalows available - partly inhabited all year. All technical resources that a normal household has are provided (washing machine., fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/ stay. Please just ask.
