DOWNTOWN ORZAN BEACH FLOOR. VUT-CO-002444

Cozy and central apartment, it is located next to Orzán beach and Riazor beach. It is a 5th " without elevator" I understand that this can be a drawback. Otherwise, it has a very good location, you can walk without taking the car or urban transport to go shopping, visiting museums, markets and places of tourist interest. On the same street you can find everything you need for your stay: Supermarket, Laundry, Hairdressers and pharmacies.

It is located on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a sunny building next to a park and has a balcony. Bright, comfortable and located in the center of the city. If you want you can walk to the main points of the city: 1 min. from the Opera Palace, 4 min. from the Plaza de Pontevedra (city center), 7 min. from Riazor Beach and just 10 min. of the most desirable restaurant areas. Next door there is an urban bus stop to move around the city.

If you are going to be 4 or less guests and you want the sofa bed to be put on, you must ask for it.
