Very bright 35 m2 2 room apartment, refurbished on the garden floor in a quiet and secure residence. Terrace and garden of 30 m2 facing south with lake and mountain views. Possibility to park your car at the residence. The kitchen is fully equipped, very comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as in the living room. Located less than 10 minutes walk from the Embrun body of water, 5 minutes by car from the city center, and about 20 minutes from the Orres station.

Welcome to the apartment located on the 1st floor of the house. Just done, you'll still enjoy the sweet smell of wood. The house is off-center from the road and accessed by a short driveway. The view is beautiful on Lake Serre-Ponçon and the surrounding mountains. Ideally located between the ski resort of Les Orres, Lake Serre Ponçon and the city of Embrun (15 min drive to each place). The accommodation is upstream of our sheepfold (200 m).
