The Boathouse Kingsbridge - a perfect retreat for two people. Thoughtfully designed and equipped for a comfortable, relaxed break. Sunny patio with glimpses through to the estuary. Off-street parking. Just under 1 mile from Kingsbridge town centre. Great pub 9 mins walk away. Salcombe, Dartmouth and Totnes only 15-30 mins drive away. Sandy beach 15 mins away. Spectacular coastal walks on offer nearby. Weekly bookings during the summer, 3 night min stay at other times. Sorry, no long term lets.

Spacious private cottage near the sea and Salcombe

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

A short drive away from Mount Edgcumbe ,Plymouth, Torpoint, Looe, Seaton, Downderry, The Eden Project, Millbrook, Cawsand, Kingsands. We are also on the South West Coast path and close to Polruan Fort and Whitsand Bay holiday Park. We have one kingsize bed with fitted wardrobes, a lovely shower room, and all you will need in the Kitchen for your stay, plus great wifi.
