"La Fortezza" villa overlooking the sea

La Fortica is a villa surrounded by greenery and the absolute tranquility of its private park, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, oak grove and orchard. It is located in the hillside, just 6 km from the crystal clear sea of Polignano a Mare (BLUE FLAG SINCE 2008 and 5 SAILS LEGAMBIENTE) with its wonderful sea caves to be discovered with boat trips. The villa is made exclusively of stone, wood and glass on two levels, and is characterized by the presence of one hectare of park, a large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, a solarium. Inside the park, to stay in perfect shape during your vacation at the fortress, available to guests (free of charge), a GYM EQUIPPED with elliptical, bench and handle, box bag and gloves, total body tool. The wood-burning oven and barbecue are available for guests to prepare and enjoy outdoor pizzas, muffins, and barbecues. The panoramic terrace, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the expanse of olive trees, white farmhouses, sky and sea, is about 40 sqm and is furnished with a large dining table in the shade of three oaks that "emerge" from the garden below: the wooden sundeck was built respecting the presence of trees through the making of sunbeds in correspondence with the logs. Within the La Fortezza park, you will find flowers and scents and many corners of paradise: rock seats where you can sit and read a book or listen to music, wooden loungers to sunbathe and enjoy the sunset breeze. You can pick seasonal fruits directly from the trees to taste the fantastic flavor. In the orchard two rows of lavender to smell your closets in the city! The park is fully enclosed with electric gate, alarm system and private surveillance service.

Amazing villa built in 1925 in Villanova, seaside resort of Ostuni (Puglia), a charming location just 10 meters from the sea. In front there is a small isolated and quiet rocky beach, surrounded by rocks and Mediterranean bush, from which you can swim. Each room has a window or a door directly on the sea. Very close to the Cathedral, the Castle, the sea and the beaches. At the beginning of 2024 the walls were repainted with natural lime, USB sockets and a new refrigerator were installed.
