With only 300 meters of air line to the beach and ocean views from the living room, the house is perfect for anyone who loves being by the sea. A few minutes' walk from the rushing North Sea is this 120 m2 uniquely located cottage, hidden so well away in the high dunes that you can only sense it from the road. From the grounds of the grounds there is a bench overlooking the sea and sunset. Have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine up there.
