Our beautiful house in the traditional architectural style is located in the middle of the picturesque Altaussee with all the shopping facilities. It is within walking distance only 500m from the lake and 5-10 minutes by car from the Loser-Schigebiet, the Narcissus Bath, Golf Course and Bad Aussee with train station. The house has 6 bedrooms for total 12-13 guests, 3 living room, 3 bathroom, 2 kitchens, a beautiful garden with terrace, a large balcony, with wonderful views to the surrounding mountains and Lake Altaus.

The luxurious Chalet Sonnenheim is located on a unique spot on the southern slope of Piesendorf with breathtaking views of a magnificent mountain landscape. The hiking and biking trails start at the front door. The house is close to the ski resorts of Zell am See and the glacier of Kaprun where you can ski from Oct. to May. Piesendorf itself also has a small ski area. Ideal for tobogganing and for children. The golf courses of Zell am See, Mittersill and Saalfelden are all within a short distance.

Quiet wooden villa with indoor pool

Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. The centerpiece of this old furnished building is probably the cozy living room with tile stove and kitchen in winter, plenty of wood is of course provided. From May to October, the heated indoor pool in the tropical conservatory inspires. The barely traveled side street also offers additional tranquility. In general, the location is perfect, whether in the city of Salzburg, for the ski tour in Gaißau or for swimming in Lake Fuschl.
