A unique breathtaking seaview house

It was built in 1880 with stone and wood, and it is located at the highest point of the traditional village of koumeika and was renovated in 2010. It has a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and of the village from its two balconies and small garden, which is full of flowers. The space is warm, welcoming and quiet with an incrediblel view. The house has a wonderful garden/patio with flowers and deciduous trees and is located 6 minutes away from the kaladakia and balos beach with car.

Getting down the cliff through our stairs will get you in the main sandy beach of Votsalakia village. So you could be swimming in two minutes, after you wake up.
