Located on the outskirts of Panajachel but worlds away from the hustle and bustle, this brand new, one-of-a-kind, two-story loft will wow you with its panoramic, 180-degree views of Lake Atitlan and surrounding villages. Soak in the views from almost every corner of this property – including the hot tub situated on a private terrace complete with large retractable umbrella and teak table and chair set. The upper level of the loft has a spacious balcony with oversized hammock & Acapulco chairs, living room, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. On the lower level of the loft, you’ll find two sleeping areas that are separated by a family room. Each sleeping area can be closed off with heavy privacy curtains. The front bedroom has two twin beds (that can be combined to make a king-size bed) and ceiling to floor windows. The rear bedroom has a queen-size bed. The lower level of the loft also has a roomy bathroom, complete with rain head shower and plenty of hot water. The nearby villages of Panajachel and Santa Catarina Palopo can be reached on foot in about 15 to 20 minutes, or by tuk-tuk (three-wheeled moto taxi) in about five minutes. Our cozy cottage features sleeping accommodations for 8 people with 2 full bathrooms, all situated in the private Yacht Club, which is a gated community. There are beautiful gardens to stroll through during your stay. The decor is very bright with lots of natural light and lots of areas to relax indoors or out. We live in the USA, but we do have a gardener/care taker on site to assist in any way during your stay and is available most days. The guards at the entrance can also assist.

Beautiful apt. , 2 queen size beds, kitchenette and breakfast bar. The kitchenette has a microwave, small two burner ceramic cooktop, refrig., toaster and coffee maker. Unbelievable, hypnotic view on top floor just below hotel owners penthouse. Unit is in the Riviera Atitlan Hotel but privately owned. You have access to the parking, restaurant, swimming pool, beach, dock and grounds. The jacuzzi next to the pool included. Pets of any kind are not allowed by the hotel.
