Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Welcome to the old shoemaker's cottage in Gråsten. Here you can stay in the shoemaker's old workshop - a charming cabin gently and rustically renovated with respect for the unique history and soul of the house. From the garden you can enjoy the view of the castle lake. The cabin is 56 m2 and contains entrance hall, new kitchen, bathroom, family room/living room as well as two bedrooms with a total of four sleeping places. There is a heat pump and room for a baby cot in one bedroom. We will provide fresh ground coffee. Please bring towels and sheets

Renovated house located in scenic surroundings 200 meters from Flensburg Fjord. The house is suitable for a holiday home. The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center containing supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy and medical center. Close to the house is the area's best beach with free access to the jetty and playground. The house's garden can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the courtyard. At a distance of about 20 km are the larger towns of Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensburg.

Our cozy 50 m2 apartment is located in the heart of Gråsten overlooking the castle lake and Gråsten castle. Nearby are shopping, restaurants, harbor, beach, forest and more. Interior: kitchen-living room with space for 4 people and living room with comfortable furniture, TV and good lighting, separate laundry room with washer and dryer for a fee, bedroom with sliding doors to the living room, 1 double bed and a guest bed for a child, bathroom (shower with bath bench) as well as a private terrace outside the door.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. Cozy cottage directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water. A one-bedroom house with an adjacent annex with 2 bedrooms. 2 lovely terraces. One straight out to the beach. The other tucked behind living fences - almost always shelter.
