There is a terrace overlooking the large fenced garden and adjacent Lake Bibersee. Many animals can be observed: beavers, otters, ducks, herons, rabbits and deer. If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. It is heated with 2 wood stoves, who wants can also chop wood. Walks in the adjacent forest are balm for the soul.

You will have especially a lot of joy as dog owners with us. Your fur lover can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog meadow. The perfect apartment for families and large groups! Centrally located in Sankt Englmar with a view of the beautiful park. There is a wonderful swimming lake as well as a sleigh hill for the kids only a three-minute walk away. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. A washing machine and dishwasher, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. The living room offers a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV, a Playstation 4 Pro and hundreds of DVDs for rainy days or cosy evenings.
