In addition, the community is beautiful and with very few neighbors, with swimming pool and garden area so you can relax and unwind. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. The living room is very spacious with a large terrace to eat and enjoy beautiful views where you can see the sea. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

A beautiful house is five minutes from the beach

Magnificent village house recently renovated. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach. High ceilings with the typical "Catalan vault", interior courtyard interior courtyard, original carpentry woodwork, exposed brick and stone walls, parquet floors and hydraulic mosaics. All rooms enjoy natural light all day. The kitchen is modern, with all the necessary appliances. The double room has a 160x190cm bed and the other room has two 90x200cm single beds (trundle bed)

The villa is located on a sunny hillside of Sant Feliu de Guixols, Costa Brava, Spain. Our unique location is within walking distance of the cozy city center and the clear bays with rock and sandy beaches. Final cleaning, linen and towels for the bathroom are included in the price. the backyard house is the result of a dream. Located by the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is an immense dressing room. From there, you will access an open space where you will not miss anything. Private terrace overlooking a leafy margin overlooking the river.
