Nice apartment in a two-family house with new furnishings two minutes walk from the pedestrian center of Santa Margherita Ligure and five minutes from the beach. Second floor without elevator. Air conditioning present in all the rooms. Fast Wi-Fi. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with small perch, living room with equipped kitchen with sofa bed and possibility of an additional bed.
