Apartment No. 2 (60m²) in Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is just a 2-minute walk away via the private path. Also the national park and harbor are only about 5 min away by foot. The Whg has two separate bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large living room. Highlight are the closed east balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the old town as well as the open west balcony with a view of the pier.

There is a flat screen, wifi and a small kitchen as well as a shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, the harbor is about 10 minutes walk. From the train station you walk about 30 minutes to us. There is a bus stop or bike rental nearby. The car park is located directly at the house. The spa tax in the high season is 1.50€/day/adult, otherwise 1.00€.

We rent our newly built, modern Reethaus. The house was completed in August 2017 and is picturesquely located directly on the Focker Strom. The furnishings are modern, in Scandinavian style and generously equipped. Our house combines ecological construction, tradition and modern Scandinavian style. Attention: The photos of our listing are used by scammers who have created a fake listing on eBay classifieds. The police are informed, we only rent via Airbnb.
