We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and can be reached optimally by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to buy a property right on the water. In addition to our now fully renovated single-family house, our cottage located directly on the waterfront is also located on the property, which we have now also partially renovated. Our holiday home is located 12 km south of the Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m2 in size, has been lovingly renovated by us and the character is largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room, on the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is located on the same plot as our house, so we are available if questions arise.
