The central position allowing you to reach the beach, touristic sites, shops and club. La struttura si sviluppa su due livelli: al piano terra due giardini, il secondo a picco sul mare e vista panoramica sul golfo di Policastro, ampio soggiorno, cucina attrezzata e bagno; al primo piano camera da letto matrimoniale con terrazzo vista mare e seconda camera con tre posti letto e bagno. Posto auto riservato. Dal giardino il mare dista 100 m.
