Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Unique 30m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Confortable House, in a quiet country nordic town. Perfect for families and group of friends. It fits 8 people comfortably, and 9 people when we open an extra futon on the floor (not as confortable). Maximum capacity including children is 9. Note: it is ideal for 8 people. Mínimum stay changes depending on the season. We provide towels and bedsheets, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and some basics in the kitchen.

My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets) .If you bring dogs I charge a final cleaning fee of 10,00€.This fee I ask you to hand over at key collection or key collection.
