The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest in 3 minutes walking distance. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 sqm) ... there is a second toilet ( without a figure), you have a terrace and can grill in the garden. Heating/hot water are included.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual designs and with a lot of love for detail.
