Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation on the pulse of Berlin. For many years we have enjoyed living on the water and it has always been our desire to bring this lifestyle closer to others. This thought came up with the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry ship Bj. 1925 is located close to the city right in front of the Rummelsburger Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Small and colorful

The Vierseitenhof from 1890 still serves as a farm property. Only the street-side residential building is used for living. Our upstairs guest apartments are now supposed to create the balancing act between old and new. So we still live downstairs with the same furniture as my great grandparents.

This spacious country home with its lovely garden is only 150 metres from lake Schwielowsee in the picturesque Havelland area west of Berlin. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, the main shopping area in West Berlin. It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and can be reached optimally by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to buy a property right on the water. A 1.60m wide box spring bed ensures a good night's sleep. TV, a small music system as well as some board games are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can have a great breakfast there. There is also a shower room.
