[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984 it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I rent it in order to raise funds for the work. Everything is functional, there is just the floor which is not accessible. Chalet located in a private residence with a large lake ideal for swimming and fishing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare forest famous for its bolders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride with less than 5 min metro to the heart of Paris.
