Charming villa of 115m2 all comfort, ideal with friends or family, with a panoramic view of the sea, the beach of Lido and the pond of Thau. 1000 m2 fenced garden, large swimming pool and terraces. Nice 75 m2 fishing house, by the water, located at the short point, small Sétois port. It is a typical neighborhood, with its colorful houses, small alleys, on the edge of the Thau pond.
