Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The Workshop is a self contained unique studio style conversion. Set in the countryside in a small rural village close to the sea & moors. Paddle on the river, walk to the beach or local pubs. It is a converted workshop of an old Plant Nurseries, which is now our home. It has a private entrance, parking, kitchenette, shower room, bedroom & lounge space. You will also have access to 2.5 acres of private meadow and woodland which is home to an abundance of wildlife such as deer, badgers & owls.

This is a fully refurbished unique apartment which is situated across two floors of a substantial Georgian house.It has been decorated throughout in light,fresh whites,greys & blues to echo the amazing and far reaching views of the river which are visible from the back of the property.
