Best suited to solo/couple, smaller of our 2 listed units (ref also Finchley BnB listing larger altern). Picturesque. Fully fenced rural site 2 mins from Princes Hwy, 20-25 minutes to Jervis Bay beaches, walks, villages, great views, shopping and dining. Small (no kitchen) but well equipped, incl separate bedroom, full bathroom (NB: SHOWER OVER BATH), compact sitting room, secure gated deck, lawn, al fresco setting, BBQ. October is whale time! This eco friendly studio space in Kioloa is the closest private accommodation to Pretty Beach, with Murramarang National Park as your next-door neighbour! This is the last house on the street before the national park. Only minutes to Pretty Beach, Merry Beach, and Kioloa Beach. The studio is perfect for couples as a cosy retreat from the city. Parking is available, with private access to the studio. The wildlife includes Glossy Black Cockatoos, kangaroos and possums.
