Apartment on the beach in the best zone of Mar del Plata with a great ocean view from all environments, fully equipped. The apartment has two LED TVs (one SmartTV). Cable and Wifi. New tableware. In the living room there are two armchairs that make a toddler bed. Building has a pool in summer and a gym. Located in front of Playa Varese and a few blocks from Playa Grande. On the ground floor there is a Lavirrap and a pantry with everything you'll need. Self entry with a digital lock.

Ideal !! Meters from the sea and shopping mall.

The apartment has a northern orientation, which ensures a lot of clarity and brightness throughout the day, and the balcony has a wide view of the beach and the sea. It is located 1 block from the shopping mall and pedestrian streets, and 1 block from the beach, the sea and the rambla that runs along the main beaches, the Casino and classic Hotel Provincial. The building has security personnel 7 x 24 hours a day. If you need a garage, you can rent the one I have in the building.

Beautiful apartment just in front Varesse beach with a breathtaking view! Fully equipped, lovingly taken care off, and ready for those who want to spend some unique days in the city. You can have breakfast, lunch and dine watching the ocean =) The aparment is very ample (130sq mt) and of excellent quality. It has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi) and an extra toilette. An indoor parking spot is included. Its location is perfect; just in front of the beach.
