This XIX Century house is located in the heart of the historic old town 1 min walking to the comercial streets and las Ramblas, where lots of restaurants couple of museums, like museum romantic and theatre venue are. We have a great old bodega behind home were you can visit it, make some shopping in their deli or drink something in the beautiful garden terrace. No more than 20 min walk to any beach on the village and stunning front ocean paella restaurants area. We have SITGES next to us.

The house consists of 3 floors, the ground floor is occupied by the owners and the 2 superiors are those that are offered. They are totally isolated and have a separate entrance from the street and a large and sunny terrace for the tenants. Air conditioning (cold/heat) in all rooms. Two full bathrooms (suite and general). Dining room with kitchenette. Suite with bathroom and walk-in closet. Room with two bunk beds. Living room with TV, armchairs, and sofa (bed).

The house is located in a very centric area. Two to ten minutes walking distance from the beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, discos and train station. It's a very special house. It is located in Ferran, near the sea, and we have lovingly restored it. It has a very personal style and we took care of all the details. The house is fully renovated with all the amenities. You won't find another one like it. Ferran is a very small village next to Altafulla, a charming village on the Golden Coast. Coming to "Cal Gran" will be to have a whole experience!
