Direct access to beach from the your accommodation. Suitable for two people but there is a sofa bed in the same room for an extra person or for guests requiring two separate beds. Unlike many Loch Ness cottages, we are not on a road, just the garden between us and the Loch. Tastefully decorated, it has stunning views out over the loch to the Cuillin mountains especially from the decking. There’s a Smart TV with Netflix. Close to local amenities including a small shop and The Old Inn pub which serves food all day and has live traditional music 3 nights a week. 10 minutes to the cuillins and 20 miles to Portree.

Situated on the beautiful Airds Estate in Port Appin and 5 minutes walk from Port Appin's excellent restaurants. This is a self contained loft (there are stairs) in a 300 year old farm building. It is 50m from the beach with direct access to the beach. There is no public road between you and the shoreline - it's very private! The views are spectacular and the kitchen is very well equipped. Perfect for hiking or skiing the mountains, kayaking to the seal colony or cycling and walking.
