Beautiful and lake house from the 1800s, about 100 km from Stockholm. Proximity to lakes, bike paths and hiking trails in the woods and countryside. Autumn cozy by the fire or book the sauna, preferably together with simpler spa ritual for the face. Celebrate advent in the countryside. The house sits on an old farm, in the middle of the Sörmland idyll. On the backside of the house there is part of plot that is disposed of by the guests and a furnished terrace facing south with lake view as well as barbecue area. Lovely family place, open spaces overlooking the 18th century mill. Well equipped kitchen, a paradise for cooking! Sauna and access to small swimming area, rowing boat and 4 canoes (Canadian). Large deck, 2 barbecues. Small football field with 2 goals. Large trampoline (without net), ping pong table, proximity to berry and mushroom forest. 5 km to golf course, possibility to borrow golf clubs, 2 people. Wifi, two TV corners. Modern house on the sea plot with a private jetty secluded location

You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. Here at Enebacken, you live on a secluded plot with a few minutes walk to the nice beach. The house consists of a double bedroom, a loft with two single beds and a combined living room and hall with sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped and it is fine to eat both inside, on the patio or in the patio. There is both a wood stove and fireplace if it's not bad weather. There is plenty of play areas and a child-friendly beach just around the corner.
