Very nice house to rent in beautiful Trosa. Öbolandet is an island with a bridge connection. Approximately 1 km to Trosa sea bath and 800 meters to the harbor with lovely restaurants, nightlife, boating & Trosa's nice walking paths. You rent upstairs which consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed. Newly renovated kitchen with kitchen island and dining area. Living room with TV and fireplace. Two terraces and large plot. Gazebo that can be used freely. The basement is a separate apartment and may have another tenant.

The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (winter heated), wood-fired sauna on the jetty, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Open social areas inside and out. Wonderful views of open meadows and the sea with no view towards neighbors. Child-friendly and also works for 2 families as there are 4 bedrooms. Just under 1 km to the nearest swimming area. Bike to Trosa in 10 minutes. Shared nice pool in the community. Many excursions nearby. We are happy to help you with tips according to your interests!
