A modern, well planned and well-equipped house (from 2021) on two floors (38 sqm) with the sea outside. Magical views through generous south facing windows. Large terrace with roof and barbecue. Throughout natural materials in stripped-down Nordic style that blur the border between the outdoors and inside. The house is secluded on a lake plot on the island of Tranholmen - a car-free idyll that is separated with a narrow strait from Norra Djurgården and Stocksund. The island is reached by ferry (8 min) from Ropsten where the subway goes. Winter time footbridge to the island.

Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. The villa has been updated in 2019 with new appliances, heating system and all surface layers inside, renovated bathroom with heating floor, shower, wc and washing machine. An amazing terrace overlooking the sea and perfect for sunsets. High celing, light open space livingroom. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.
