It lies on a sunny slope, just 5 km from the ski center Zadov – Churáňov. It offers stunning views of the surrounding area and a huge garden that provides privacy. Apartman Churáňov is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace , large 120m2 for 6+2 people, ideal for 2 families with children. Around the house is a large fenced garden with a sauna. The center with shops is 10 min walk, there is a pharmacy in the village.

I love it here and I'm glad to be able to show this corner of Bohemia to those who don't know it yet. The newly built chalet with views of the countryside meets all the requirements of modern accommodation. The strategic location of Chlum on the Austrian border allows you to experience two vacations: to enjoy domestic Třeboň and abroad. You can experience a holiday here in both the tranquility of nature and with activities (bike, swimming, golf). I will give you my tips for nice places. And don't forget: little is known, but the most beautiful one is here in the spring and fall.

Suite for four, ground floor, 3 guests + extra bed This lovely suite for four situated on the ground floor has a separate entrance hall with the door leading to a generously proportioned kitchen which is equipped with a microwave oven, electric hob, electric kettle, fridge, basic cooking utensils, dining table, sofa bed for 2 guests. The entry to the bedroom with twin beds leads through the hallway. The spacious bathroom provides to our guests a comfortable bathtub with a shower.
