The apartment is spacious and the specialty is a large private terrace (30 m2) in front of the apartment surrounded by greenery. You can enjoy the natural shade or the shade under the umbrella. Also you can park the car on the street for free or can park in my yard, so you can enjoy their vacation without worrying about your car. The area is ideal for swimming (7 minutes to the beach) , walking, biking, climbing and marine activities,or enjoy in a short walk to the old town along the seafront.

This brand new villa is situated in Gornja Podstrana, a small village on the hill 10km south from Split. It's a peaceful oaza surrounded by unspoiled nature, perfect to take all the stress away. As our guest you will have all the property for yourself, and you can spend your days relaxing in a pool with breathtaking view of Split and islands. Although the house is not near the town center, a 15min drive will get to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy and all the facilites you might need.

This beautiful room is located in Podstrana, seaside resort, just 7 km from ancient city of Split (1700 years old). It is 300 m far from the sea. Along the beach you will find a number of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and café's offering typical Dalmatian food and beverage at reasonable prices. Also along the beach within a 15 minute walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino that also has an array of places to dine, enjoy a cup of espresso or just get an ice cream.
