This brand new house built June 2022 is a joy to behold! It accomodates 5 people and offers a 25square meters swimming pool and a jacuzzi. You can boast with your BBQ skills on the outside terrace; or show the world how good you are playing FIFA on PS5 inside the house. For the special holiday by the sea. Each apartment (54 m2) with Adriatic view from the terrace (20 m2). Ferienwohnung 'Olla 'Olla' is located in a house with several residential units. It has two bedrooms, one living and dining area with kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The highlight is the sun terrace with views of the sea. The apartment has an air conditioner and has Wi-Fi. Via the property it's just steps to your own sea access.

Seaside apartment with a lovely view

Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
