Situated across the road from the beautiful river walkway, you'll enjoy walking to the Saturday morning market, the iconic Waimarie paddle steamer, popular Yellow House cafe, Kowhai Park playground, shops and much much more. Freshly refurbished throughout, one bedroom has a queen bed and freeview TV. The other has 2 single beds . There is also a bed/settee in the lounge. Sunny and centrally located with a small yard.
