The forest is around the corner with nice trails. There are bicycles to borrow for excursions. Charcoal grill available for comfortable barbecue evenings! 5 minutes walk to the train, and 35 minutes by train to Stockholm. (Cost of train about 3.5 Euros) TV with Chromecast. Free Wifi. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest swimming lake, and by bike it is about 7 minutes.

The nearest lake is Erken where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the square there is a wood-fired sauna.
