Our accommodation is located directly on the Lehnitzsee, north of Berlin. Ideal for cyclists, couples, single travelers and small families (2 extra beds are possible in the attic). The separate guest house with lake view is ideal for trips to Berlin and exploring the lovely area. The beach is 150 meters away, the S-Bahn 1.5 km. The Berlin-Copenhagen cycle route runs nearby. The 40 sqm apartment consists of a room with sleeping places for two people, private kitchen and bathroom. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a plot of 6000 sqm, directly on the lake. On our large property there is plenty of space to relax, with a small barrel sauna (min 15€ per heater donation for the wood), large trampoline, ping pong table, fire pit, Hollywood swing by the lake and of course space to eat and grill outside.

The property has one living room (4x6m) with sheep sofa. From here you have a very nice view over the Lake. In the sleeping cabin there is only space for a double bed 1,40m x 2 m long). The small kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom with toilet and shower. May and mid-September can be heated with an infrared radiator. From the terrace, you can reach the jetty via two stairs. For swimming you cross the reed.

The cottage is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is more than 150 years old and was the former. Ice house of the manor house. The sauna( incl. Sauna towels), table tennis or badminton can be used free of charge. The canoe, stand-up paddle board and rowing boat can be rented for a fee. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin and Wismar and Rostock are 30-45 minutes by car.

Amazing recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely renovated and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great holiday experience. Around it is a nature reserve of European importance: the Peene Valley - with a fascinating wildlife. Fireplace evenings, bicycle covers or boat trips on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And best of all, it takes about 30 minutes by car to the island of Usedom. Summer, sun and beach :)

In 2 minutes you are in the center. The harbour is about 15 min. on foot. The beach is located at the outside Müritz, accessible by bicycle in about 15 minutes, or free city bus, the stop is 2 minutes from the apartment.
