Stylish Private Room & Terrace in Centrally-Located Clapham

This bright, sun-bathed Moroccan-themed double room located in a stylish Victorian property in central Clapham has a very private feel, and is newly refurbished with comfortable luxury Egyptian cotton bedding, indulgent toiletries and offers a private, luxury bathroom and underfloor heating. The room is the only bedroom on this level in my split-level flat, so has the feel of a self-contained flat. You'll be sharing the flat with me, your host - an advertising professional It is newly refurbished with new carpets, all new furniture and beautifully decorated with interesting artifacts. The double bed comfortably sleeps 2 and the luxurious mattress, duck feather pillows, cotton bed linen, egyptian cotton towels will ensure that you get a good night's sleep. You'll have your own bathroom with underfloor heating for that little luxury and sole access to a very pretty, sunny and tranquil terrace. There's wi-fi, complimentary toileteries and you can help yourself to tea, coffee and a choice of infusions. I look forward to hosting you in my lovely home. Gatwick is 26 mins. away Self check-in Shoe-free house (I provide comfy slippers during your stay) Centrally located and within a short walk/ ride to many of the city's attractions — Victoria and Waterloo (6 and 9 mins respectively) — as well as Gatwick airport (25 mins direct train). For those driving in, there's free on-street parking over the weekends as well as on weekdays from 4:30 pm - 9:30 am. Indulge in the contemporary luxury of this chic flat. Bright open-plan living room with dining area; fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and high end appliances including washer /dryer, oven, microwave etc. Good internet connection included (150MB WIFI) and smart TV and DVD player. The flat is located on the 7th floor so very quiet and with private terrace. Master bedroom with private en-suite shower plus a twin room with separate bathroom. Matching white Egyptian cotton sheets and towels provided, as well as shampoo, hairdryer etc. Parking is available on request. If you need early or late check out, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate. Check-in and check-out and any assistance with your stay. The property is walking distance from Woking with great shops, restaurants, cinema, theatre, and the local market. There is also easy public transportation access into the centre of London.
