Cottage on natural grounds and close to the water.

The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore here is peace and quiet. In the winter months there is a view to the sea located 400m from the house. There are good nature trails along the coast and in the forest. The house is located by the nature park Mols Bjerge and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining. Der is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchenette and a living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

First parking to the water and with lovely views of Aarhus, this lovely two room apartment is rented in the house of AARhus, designed by architect Bjarke Engels. The apartment contains living room with kitchen and dining area, bedroom, bathroom and the most lovely southwest facing terrace. We have cared for details in the apartment so that it can be the setting for lovely days in Aarhus and on Aarhus Ø. The area has plenty of restaurants, takeaways, forest, beach and town within walking distance. There is a parking basement in the house.

In cozy Dråby, a few kilometers from Ebeltoft, there is this lovely tiny house overlooking Dråby Lake and direct path access to Skærsø Skov. From here it is a two-minute walk to Mols Bjerge The trail and 3 km to Dråby and Vibæk Strand, respectively, as well as Ebeltoft. Ree Dyrepark, Jernhatten, and Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri are within bicycle distance, and a host of other experiences are nearby. A perfect place for tranquility, immersion, and a cup of coffee on the terrace, or as a base for exploring the lovely Syddjurs.
