Hideaway Haven To Break Lockdown Blues

Our newly listed Studio Room is brand spanking new! Painted and re-floored in early April 2018, it has been furnished with mostly brand new appliances and fittings, new mattress, and new original artwork. We have only 30 reviews, almost all of which are 5-Star reviews, and our sister Studio now has 110 X 5-star ratings and 5 X 4-star ratings. Why would you book elsewhere? We are small - perfect for the holiday guest who is likely to be out a lot and eat out a lot. Come and enjoy deluxe facilities of a five-star hotel coupled with the warm, friendly ambience of boutique accommodation. We offer a fully private, large studio with beautiful en-suite and kitchenette with the usual facilities - fridge, microwave, toaster, sandwich-maker, hot-plate, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery etc). And outside there is a large sunny patio shared with our other twin suite. Small we might be, but we are exquisite, of the highest quality, in a modern and very very upmarket area, with beautiful finishes and attention to detail including HDTV, coffee-maker, blade-less fan, huge luxurious bath-sheets and luxurious bedding and duck-down duvets to match. Please please read our reviews for our twin unit. Not only a near-perfect 5 star record for every guest, but we are now superhosts too! Our Studio is small but is perfect for the holiday guest who is likely to be out a lot and eat out a lot. * Exquisite attention to detail, highest quality, beautiful finishes * Situated in a modern and very very upmarket, highly sought-after area * All reviews remark on the spectacular views from our house * Absolute quiet and tranquility awaits you when you come home * Ample free parking (Parking in Bondi Beach area is very difficult and expensive) * Surrounded by large trees, greenery and birds constantly coming & going * Your courtyard with outside tables and chairs and sun and privacy, shared with guests from our other suite * Superior facilities such as HDTV, coffee-machine, blade-less fan, exquisite towelling * Fully air-conditioned. * Electric bicycles for hire on your doorstep. You do not look out onto a maze of other blocks of flats or buildings. From your courtyard, you see just one, exquisite adjoining property, and for the rest, you walk to and from your home in utmost serenity and privacy, with 270 degree views all the way until your entrance. Our haven of tranquility and beauty, birds and nature has now been booked solid since we recently began our first full-time listing and we warmly invite you to enjoy a relaxed, easy-going, soft and welcoming nest which can be your home here in Sydney. Why would you choose another place? We love what we do and we enjoy meeting the amazing people we meet. Best of all, read the reviews left by guests. And we have many repeat guests who seem magically attracted to our little haven. Guest access is via the inclinator (lift), a modern mini-funicular railway, from the road to the house, or via stairs (which is what we usually use). You then have access to the Studio room which, of course, has its own private access, via your own courtyard which is shared with guests from our other Airbnb unit. Please see photos. I'm known as a friendly and easy going person (I hope I am – I work as a psychotherapist), and I’m usually easily available for assistance or advice if needed. I speak English and Hebrew fluently and German and Dutch moderately and my wife speaks French. I can get by in Russian as well, but you have to speak very slowly! When guests ask for something, I generally go out of my way to accommodate them including, check-in times to suit arrivals (must be pre-arranged). I’m sometimes available for a coffee and a chat - with suggestions on where to go and what to do, but if guests want privacy, I totally stay away from any interaction. I may also be available for an airport pickup but that has to be pre-arranged. The apartment is in trendy North Bondi. Within a five-minute walk are Shuk Cafe and other eateries, a laundrette, medical facility, and bottle store. The excitement of Bondi Beach is an eight-minute walk away, where there are restaurants and bars. Try Hurricanes for a wonderful steak or perhaps try Sababa for an authentic Middle Eastern Street Meal. There are convenience stores, supermarkets and a variety of shops around, plus an open air market on Saturdays just around the corner. Bus 379 which runs every 10 minutes, is just 90 seconds away from your Studio. It routes to the Sydney City Centre via Bondi Junction Train Station. From Bondi Junction Train Station, you can get to almost anywhere in the greater Sydney area via the Underground/Train service. NEW NEW. Thanks to the adventurousness of one of our guests, there is a gorgeous and easy and picturesque way to get to the city. Take bus 380 (4 minutes away) to Watsons Bay and then take the FERRY to Circular Quay in the city, taking in the sights of Sydney's east and the Harbour and the Bridge, and the Opera House, all from the sea! And if you are coming by car, of course, there is ample parking right outside the Studio at all times of the day or night. This is a huge plus!! Parking can be impossible at Bondi Beach and is very very expensive. Your booking includes a cleaning of charge of $105 of which $75 is for vacuuming and full cleaning of the Studio room, and laundry fee of $25 for the cleaning of towels, bathmat, laundry and ironing of sheets and pillow-cases. Nothing else to note really - apart from bus 379, which is just 90 seconds away, there are several other bus-lines which are 3 minutes away. Laundry service, pharmacy, convenience store is a 5 minute walk away Bondi Beach with a wide range of restaurants and facilities is just 10 minutes away. The famous Bondi-Bronte walk is just 10 minutes away. Oh, and electric bicycles are on hire right on your doorstep. Everything is near to hand ... and yet you will be in a secluded and wonderful paradise when you get home.

It's walking distance to the city through the Botanic Gardens. Our home is well designed, comfortable, clean, secure and fully equipped with everything you will need. Welcome to our gorgeous apartment in the heart of Sydney's most stylish neighbourhood, Elizabeth Bay/Rushcutters Bay. The apartment is located on the entry level of a secure building, faces north with tranquil garden views. Although very central the apartment is located in a quiet, leafy street. The studio is fashionably decorated and is styled with captivating and dynamic contemporary Australian Indigenous art. Our apartment comfortably fits two people with a real (and comfortable) queen size bed, but can easily accommodate a 3rd guest on the large sofa. On arrival please make yourself at home. I have left a tray with essentials bread, milk, etc or there is a bottle of Australian wine in the fridge. Designed and equipped for Airbnb visitors, the apartment is surrounded by walking streets, shopping, cafes and restaurants in an attractive village style area. The weekend markets are full of organic produce, quirky street shopping & more great coffee! Metro buses & trains are only minutes away, although it's only a short walk to the city and surrounds. We provide a computer/internet/wi fi/television for use, plus a few notable books and guides that will introduce you to Australian/Sydney life and culture. The kitchen has ample cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher and essential foodstuffs for your visit. Towels and fresh linen are provided and the bathroom is stocked with a variety of toiletries and many handy items to enhance your visit if you should need them. The bathroom includes a washing machine/dryer & hairdryer and powerpoint in the cupboard. There is a very long full length mirror in the hallway. The apartment is comfortable, well appointed, clean and safe. There is also a roof top garden area for views of surrounding regions and embodies an outdoor, more casual roof-top garden atmosphere. You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. We will try to meet you as you arrive to give the grande tour plus leave you the keys. However, my busy academic schedule precludes being available all of the time. I visit the Western Desert regularly. Details will be provided at time of booking. There is one set of keys, two keys to the set. Please leave the keys on the kitchen bench when you leave. Walk just about everywhere. I prefer to walk everywhere - is the perfect place to start exploring what the city has to offer. Transport options are abundant. Bus stop is located 2 mins from the apartment. Kings cross train station is a short 5min stroll from the studio and there is abundance of taxis around. Plenty of choices! Although designed for the comfort of Airbnb visitors, the small studio apartment is also treated as our home away from home. As my daughter (in New York) and myself (Hawkesbury region on the outskirts of Sydney) frequently stay in Sydney, we have endeavoured to make the space as comfortable and stylish as possible for our stopovers and short breaks. Our spacious, bright and airy apartment is perched high on the South Bondi end amongst the gum trees. Its the perfect base from which to explore beautiful Bondi Beach, local cafes , bars and restaurants with the stunning coastline via the ocean footpath walk minutes away. Spectacular Sydney Harbour is a 15 minute walk away with access to the CBD a short and stunning Ferry ride away! All this and more is so close and easily accessible. Inside it is light and bright! Fresh paint, new carpet and 2 very comfortable queen sized beds plus a very comfortable queen sofa bed located in the lounge room. We also provide a privacy screen to turn the large living area into another bedroom and still have a living area. Our garden is very appealing with BBQ, ping pong table and comfortable garden furniture. ***FAST FREE WiFi*** Five minute stroll to Bondi Beach, ocean pool, cliff walks, shops and cafés. Located in a beautiful, quiet tree lined street. No access limits. The flat is self contained, private accommodation with your own private entrance and garden. The wheel chair access is quite good and there is a half step into the apartment and 1 step out into the yard. We have a disability chair to make showering easy on the outside of our shower/bath. You will be very happy in our apartment. We are very happy to help you settle in as required. We can offer advice on where to go for the best restaurants, shopping or kids parks! We live in the house above and will be happy to assist with local knowledge to make your stay enjoyable. Our neighborhood is friendly and surrounded by beautiful Australian Flora & Fauna. We are so close to both famous coastal beaches and harbour walks & a large selection of cafes & restaurants. Catch a Ferry into the city from Rose Bay Wharf ( 5 min drive) for the best view of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House from the water. Francis Street has great access to public transport as Bondi Road is only 2 blocks away. All public bus transport to the city is via Bondi Road. If you drive, parking can be a problem in Bondi as there is a two hour parking limit in Francis Street and many surrounding streets during the daytime. So this means you must be careful not to get fined. Please always check parking signage, there is unlimited (All Day) parking a few streets up towards Bondi Rd. You are safe to park at night from 8pm till 10am sharp the next morning, this means you will not be fined between those hours. There is also a website called Parkhound if you want to secure a parking spot. Housekeeping... There is No smoking, candles, incense or any naked flames allowed in our apartment. We have a clothes washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience but if the sun shines please save our environment and use the portable clothes lines provided for drying. The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to all guests arrival, with fresh bath towels, beach towels and bed linen. Please contact us if you wish to use the Sofa bed for any last minute added guests as we need to make up the bed with all our sheets and mattress protectors for hygiene reasons. Each 5th or 6th guest is $50 per person, per night. If your booking is for 4 guests or less and you want to use the sofa bed as a bed, then it will just be a flat rate of $50 for linen. We thank you for your honesty regarding usage of our sofa bed and for using the correct bed linen for hygiene. Should you wish a cleaning service during your stay we can book our cleaner for you. Please advise this requirement at time of booking if possible please and note a $180 fee for a full clean and linen change will apply and is payable in cash. Regarding gatherings we prefer small groups with a maximum of 10 seats provided for indoor outdoor dining. Also there is to be no commercial filming unless permission and an added fee for using our location is negotiated. This includes YouTube & Instagram posts for personal promotion.

We are new to hosting and we aim to please. Whether you have a car or not we have the ideal location. The 15 min express bus to Sydney CBD is just around the corner, 10 mins to Chatswood Shopping Centre, 20 minutes to Manly and the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney. There is plenty of unrestricted parking available in our quiet leafy street, You can walk to Echo Point Park with it's sandy beach, marina and cafe and picturesque Harbourside bush walks. We are within walking distance of 2 Golf Courses, Tennis Courts and Platinum Fitness First Gym with an indoor pool. You will have your own private sunny outdoor courtyard with table & chairs. The brand new Caesarstone kitchenette has a convection microwave, induction cooktop, fridge, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery & glassware. Bookings of 7 nights or longer will have access to a Thermomix to whip up beautiful meals at the click of a button or 2. Free wifi is provided and air-conditioning. The eat in living area has a flat screen TV, and a bookshelf full of books and boardgames. There is a dining table and a separate desk for a work space. Modern bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower, toiletries are provided. The bedroom has a very comfy Queen sized bed with posturepedic mattress, built in wardrobe with chest of drawers, plenty of hanging space and a safe. There is a laundromat within walking distance, but we can do a load of washing for you for a small fee. Our space is suitable for travellers, country visitors and business people alike. We really want this to be your home away from home! This is a self contained private apartment with your own front door and entry via keypad code. We provide a welcome pack with transport details and local attractions and we are happy to give advice and point you in the right direction, according to how much time you have and what you want to see and do. Your apartment is located right next door to us, so if there is anything you need we are here for you, but we totally respect your privacy. This is a quiet, friendly suburb with easy access to public transport, cafes, and restaurants. The property is just 15 minutes from the CBD by express bus and minutes on foot from beautiful bush walks for some time away from the urban buzz. We are around the corner from the bus stop. There is plenty of unrestricted street parking. We are just 11 km from Sydney's CBD, 13 km to the Northern beaches of Sydney and 3.6km to Chatswood. Whether you have a car or not, it's very easy to get around. Plenty of unrestricted quiet street parking is available

Huge Designer Studio Next to Lovely Park

The home features an open-plan layout, an all-white color scheme, dabs of blue, original period details, contemporary furnishings and decor, an an urban chic aesthetic. (Please note we take sanitizing extremely seriously and to ensure we never have any contamination due to COVID-19. We use hospital grade disinfectant on all surfaces before any guests arrive we have our own professional cleaners to ensure a safe environment ) The apartment is ground floor with no stairs. The building is a security building and also in a very safe neighbourhood. The guests have full private access to the apartment, it's set up as a serviced apartment and guests staying over 7 days will receive weekly cleaning and linen change. All linen is Hotel grade and high quality. There is also a coin operated laundry at the rear of the building. I live nearby and our office is down the street but unless you need to see me I won't be there to meet you. We have after hours check in and security in the building North Sydney is a fantastic neighbourhood. it's just across the bridge from the CBD but is more residential. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets in the area. Nearby there is also Sydney's famous Harbourside amusement park. The bus to the city is about 2 minutes walk from the apartment, there is also North Sydney train station about 10 minutes walk (note its uphill from the station). If you want to take an uber it's less than 5 minutes to the middle of the city. Also if you wanted to walk it's about 45 minutes to walk across the bridge. North Sydney itself has everything you need from shopping to Supermarkets and many dozens of food options The parking is for one standard car or suv. It’s down the end of a narrow driveway. Which is tight. (The driveway is on the left side of the building ) The space is on the right at the end of the drive. (Note there are 2 car spaces so you need to leave space for the second car). It is uncovered. But it is off-street and the car can be left for the duration of your stay until check out. But not after check out time. And it’s not guaranteed to be available until check in time.

Sit and watch the world go by from this spacious apartment. The serene suite features a soothing colour scheme, an open-plan living area, mid-century design touches, and an outdoor dining space. (Please note we take sanitizing extremely seriously and due to potential COVID-19. We use hospital grade disinfectant on all surfaces before any guests arrive we have our own professional cleaners to ensure a safe environment ) It's a sunny spacious studio (42m2 -450 fq ft) with a courtyard with views out across to the park. The unit has a washing machine as well as a full kitchen. Also has AC and heating. There is a Huge Smart TV, a BOSE sound dock and Nespresso Machine. It's light bright and in a fantastic location the whole space is rented solely to the tenant, Our office is down the street and I live about 5 minutes drive away if there are any problems. You will receive A light tidy and linen change if you stay over 7 days. we are available via phone and can assist as we have a contact who lives in another unit within the building and can assist with onsite questions. North Sydney is a wonderful part of the city. The apartment sits across from a large park and boasts access to restaurants, cafes, public transport, and a farmers market every second Sunday, all just moments from the apartment. The train station (north sydney) is 10 minutes walk but do note it is uphill, we suggest if you are not driving then the bus stop is only 2 minutes walk down the road. Sydney's Inner West area is close to the CBD, Sydney University, funky Newtown, parks and family-friendly areas, eateries, and nearby activities: AFL, dragon boating, cycling and walking paths, and easy access to Blackwattle Bay on Sydney Harbour. Excellent bus connection to CBD which takes about 15 mins and goes past Central Railway Station. Alternatively, a short walk to the light rail which services Darling Harbour, Chinatown and ends up at Central Railway Station. There is a convenience store, Japanese restaurant and cafe, less than 50m walk from the lift. The convenience store supplies Opal Cards (the Sydney transport card for bus, train, light rail and ferry).
