Warm welcome to our nice house with lake plot and undisturbed location a mile north of Åkersberga. The living area is 95 square meters and includes spacious kitchen and living room with fireplace and lake view. 2 bedrooms on the lower floor as well as an open sleeping loft with partitions suitable both for families with children and group of friends. 2 WC with shower, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen, wifi and TV. Two large lovely terraces as well as gas grill. Large lawn , sauna, rowboat and fishing. 650 m to the nearest bus stop and just over 3 km to the sea

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. This cottage, 130 years old, is about 90 m2, modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.
