Fully self contained gypsy wagon located close to beach of Porpoise Bay. No ocean views but beach is 2min walk. Super king size plush $3000 mattress. Very tidy inside. Cooking facilities with microwave & fridge. Log burner with wood supplied. BBQ area. Linen/towels included. This accommodation is located on our property beside our house. The toilet/shower room (converted water tank) is located 9 meters away from the gypsy, a short walk across the grass lawn. Our gypsy wagon can sleep 2 adults

You will NEED to bring your own towels please. You can see the sea from the lounge and everything you need is within a short walk or drive; the beach, playground, shop, walks, and the famous Nugget Point Lighthouse. Please note we also have a small studio on the same property (Seaside Studio) which can accommodate 2 guests. We are pet friendly but please notify us when bringing a dog. Bedding is required - pets are not allowed on beds. Our property is close to a beautiful beach which is accessed by a private track through dunes. It is 20 minutes from Dunedin's airport and a 15 minutes drive to Dunedin's CBD. Listen to the waves at night and walk the sandy Ocean View beach by day.
