A Floating Cottage in the Canal! Enjoy this fabulous live-aboard boat with a full bunk and single bunk below, a couch and fold-out couch! There are two parking spots outside the fence, a short walk across a lovely green lot to the boat in the water. Adults, kids love it! You’re a short drive to downtown New Baltimore and restaurants along Jefferson. I lived aboard this boat at the Detroit Yacht Club, so there is a working toilet, hot shower, and a kitchen aboard. Enjoy!
