Tips from locals
Weaving through a mix of lush bushland and scenic harbourside trails, the 10km Manly to Spit Bridge Coastal Walk is a series of short tracks passing some of North Sydney's stunning beaches, bays and inlets. The walk is well sign-posted and takes around 3 to 4 hours to complete, depending on your fitness level.
Either take a bus to Spit Bridge and walk back to Manly or start in Manly and walk to Spit Bridge. 3-4 hour walk with hidden beaches and harbour views along the way.
I would highly recommend the coastal walk from Spit Bridge to Manly, it is 8km so about two hours so don't forget a bottle of water and some snacks. The landscape is stunning and there are some little surprises along the way. There's heaps of lizards, and be aware of the spiders if you decide to go a bit off track and climb some rocks! When you get to Manly there's some very nice places with very nice specials where you can hydrate yourself and have a nice bite. When you're done you can catch a fairy from Manly to the city, for some more sights! and then explore the beautiful city of Sydney! Go to the Opera house of course, some pricey restaurants there but you've gotta do it!

Incredible 10km coastal hike. We recommend getting an Uber to The Spit end and walking into Manly.
