Especially during the fasting month of Ramadhan, the evening/night bazaar is a feast for the senses.
Amazing wet market specialising in seafood at wholesale prices. Primarily Halal, so there might be limits to purchases (e.g. no pork, non-conventional cuts of meats). Loads of options to local grocery fare such as petai, wing beans, dried shrimp, belachan, and loads loads more! A definite must-see site for a dedicated foodie and cook. Do note that wet markets in Singapore generally don't open on Mondays and operate only till noon.
