Nørrebro is a true melting pot of all things delicious, fun, and vibrant. As Copenhagen's most culturally diverse neighborhood, this is both the place to go for shawarma, ramen, or a handful of tacos. Creativity and street culture is alive and well in this ever-buzzing slice of town, where independent shops line the streets and vibes are young at heart. What to do: - Take a walk at Assistens Cemetery: this is a popular walking spot where you will also find various celebs buried. - Droning Louises Bro: the bridge between Copenhagen center and Nørrebro. There are always a lot of people on the bridge, and it is a great place to hang out - Sankt Hans Torv: this cute square has a lot of cafés - Elmegade: close to Sankt Hans Torv. Great shopping street for both streetwear and vintage shopping - Blågårdsgade: a street where plenty great restaurants are placed

The Neighbourhood Stefansgade is five minutes’ walk from the flat and full of great restaurants, bars and cafes Coffee Collective for coffee Rondo for a great local bakery with nice bread Stefanos for pizza Mikkeller for beer Assistens Kirkegaard - great for a stroll in the sun or a picnic, two minutes away Walk up Nørrebrogade (turn right on the main road) to explore Superkilen – a nice urban park Friheden is a great cafe/restaurant/bar in the area. Walk down Nørrebrogade (turn left on the main road) to get into town. Bus 5C (and a few others) take you all the way to Norreport. The Metro is 2 min walk from the flat and takes you everywhere, including the airport. Alternatively, you can rent a bike in most bike shops.

The district is the most famous for hippy style multi culture area, with many cafes and shops, it is very close to city center, but also with parks/lakes close by, the bus is right outside of door and metro in 500 meter

Voted as the best neighborhood in the world ... about which I personally have a different opinion ... but many visitors go there, so it's probably just me who's gotten too old .... it takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk there.
