Families - this place has a playground! Though sometimes the kids just want to play on the beach, the bridge, the grassy area surrounded by large trees... look for the families of otters sleeping in the water. Lots of great little intimate picnic and fire pit areas for group gatherings.
Our local beach! excellent place to paddleboard and kayak, walk the trails or enjoy the sunset. A 5 minute walk on our private trail on our property brings you to the south end of the beach.
About an hour drive away, parking right at beach, tremendous views. Playground for kids.
Excellent beach to visit while in Sooke, great little park for kids and picnic bbq areas too!
