Enjoy the view. Enjoy the ocean. Rent a stand up paddle at Posto 6. The Avenue is closed on Sundays, so you can rent and ride a bike or just take a walk. If you go for a swim, you can ask the closest person to you to see an eye on your bag. (we all do it!) (If you see people randomly clapping hands on the beach, it means there's a lost kid around – so their parents can find them back!)

World famous Copacabana beach, you are right at the middle of it. Walk left towards Leme, one of the most magnificient encounters of ocean, rock walls and forest. Or Walk right towards "posto 6" and follow across to Arpoador and Ipanema. I usually recommend Copacabana on week days and early morning.
